  • Your carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing text messages

  • Viminal Media LLC is not responsible for carrier charges or fees

  • Data usage charges may apply if you are not on an unlimited messaging plan

4. Phone Number Collection and Use

How We Collect Phone Numbers:

6. How to Opt Out (STOP/Unsubscribe)

Easy Opt-Out Methods:

Text STOP: Simply reply to any SMS message with the word "STOP" and you will immediately be unsubscribed from all future text messages from Viminal Media LLC.

Reply HELP: If you have questions about our SMS program, reply "HELP" to any message and receive more information or contact our support team.

Immediate Removal: Upon receipt of your opt-out request via any method (STOP text, email, or phone), we will immediately remove your phone number from our SMS distribution list within one (1) business hour. You will receive a confirmation message stating "You have been unsubscribed from SMS messages from Viminal Media. Thank you."

Confirmation of Opt-Out: No further SMS messages will be sent to your phone number after opting out, except for a final confirmation message and any legally required notices.

Note on Carrier Services: Your carrier may send separate messages to confirm your opt-out request. These messages come from your carrier, not from Viminal Media LLC.

7. Carrier Compliance & Requirements

Mobile Carrier Rules: All SMS communications are subject to the policies and rules of your mobile carrier (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other providers) and the requirements of the:

SMS Limitations: Please be aware that SMS text messages are not encrypted and are transmitted over your mobile carrier's network. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of SMS communications.

Don't Share Sensitive Information: Do not include passwords, credit card numbers, social security numbers, or other sensitive personal information in text messages. If we need such information, we will direct you to secure online channels.

Our Commitment: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and SMS data from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.

9. Record Keeping & Compliance
